Best parties in London this December and New Year
From high-energy perreo and queer hedonism to restorative sound baths, here’s where you’ll find us this month…
This big ol’ city is flooded with options, but the best nights are often the ones you haven’t heard of. So whilst we love a big fat rave, we've cut through the hype to find the spaces built on genuine community as well. Here’s a list that guarantee’s a solid sound, sexy crowd and probably blur than memories, but you know what we mean…
05/12
2CPERREA
2CPERREA runs on reggaeton and resistance. “We started 2CPERREA to feel connected to our roots, and to bring perreo spaces to everyone, not just the Latinx community... every queer person, every misfit, everyone who needs it,” says co-founder Ivicore. Expect full-throttle dancing, friendly people and the good kind of sass.
06/12
SYMBIOSIS
For those craving a more intimate rave, this is it. Symbiosis strips things back to the essentials: a system that makes the walls shake, and a lineup focused on raw, heavy-duty techno. The founders say they “prioritise intention over hype,” and you can feel it in the respectful, heads-down crowd.
06/12
ADONIS
London’s reference point for wild, hedonistic, inclusive queerness. “ADONIS is rooted in the true sense of queer hedonism, but always with a focus on inclusivity and looking after each other,” says founder Shay Malt. It’s a big family feel, a zero-judgement crowd, and a sense of belonging—not just hype or fashion. “You can be whoever you want at ADONIS,” adds Malt, and that principle shapes the night all the way from entry to closing.
07/12
OPSIS
OPSIS offers a different kind of nightlife, centering on experimental movement and body-based performance. It’s a platform for artistic risk-taking, deliberately set outside the usual institutions. Van Dyke Browne provides the soundtrack as the evening's performances unfold. As the main showcase concludes, resident DJs take over the decks, tranisitioning into a relaxed dancefloor where the crowd can connect and close out the night together.
05-07/12
PLAYBODY
"Our space is in constant evolution, a constant testing ground for new ideas," explain the Playbody team, and their birthday weekend is the ultimate expression of this.
The journey starts Friday with a performance-led night featuring the iconic Young Boy Dancing Group. Saturday shifts into full-on club mode with founder Hezen and Tedesco leading the charge, before closing out the weekend on Sunday with their new event series 'Afterglow'— an ambient soirée for a gentle comedown, curated by selectors like I. Jordan. As usual it’ll be a gorgeous crowd of familiar faces, immersive performance and forward thinking music.

SOFT DOMINATION x LIQUID AUDIO x SOAK AUDIO
Soft Domination steps away from its usual party format to curate a sound bath that puts community and accessibility first. The night offers a guided sound experience blending electronic music with chimes, bowls and live sound frequencies. With mats, gentle lighting, and no pressure to perform; this is going to be a soft space to unwind and return to your body.
Ticket info TBA - affordable entry guaranteed.
18/12
PEARS
Pears takes the cringe out of speed dating, with a crowd that’s actually cute. Each event is hosted by drag queens or fashion diva’s, with fab music curated by the organisers of Twisted Festival. For the holidays, they’re dropping their usual format for a slutty lil’ office Christmas party. It’s still aimed at singles, but the focus is on dancing and festive chaos. Hosted by the legendary Sharon Le Grand, it’s time to get frisky under the mistletoe.
19/12
LEMON LOUNGE
“We wanted to create a dancefloor where people could just enjoy themselves, with no pressure or ego attached,” say the organizers. The vibe is reliably friendly, sound is strong, and the lineup is picked with care. If you’re in the mood for a proper good dance, these guys never disappoint. Think low-key celebration with a welcoming crowd where you’ll old friends in the smoking area, and probably a few new ones.
20/12
HOWL x PRNCPTL
A cross-channel exchange of queer rave energy as London’s HOWL invites Berlin’s PRNCPTL to FOLD. HOWL brings its mission to "give the mic to the whole queer family," colliding with the radical freedom of PRNCPTL, who build spaces where you can "be genuinely free from judgement." Expect a blend of hard-hitting techno, subversive performance art, and a crowd that’s down to get dirty, with a cracking lineup from community collectives, including Hezen from Playbody and Lolsnake from Weeeirdos.
START THE YEAR OFF RIGHT
01/01
UNFOLD 24 HRS
“The lineups are always a surprise—that’s core to UNFOLD. We want the focus to be on the dancefloor, on the sound, and not just big names,” share the FOLD team. We love their decks-in-the-round setup—everyone in the sweat and the smoke together. Someone from Reddit described it as “more like a community gathering than just a regular night out.”
01/01
ADONIS
The essential New Year's Day ritual for many. This isn’t a gentle recovery session; it’s a full-throttle, communal reset, with a phatty of a lineup. Sweat out the last of the old year and set a powerful, unapologetic tone for the new one alongside the core ADONIS crowd. Expect a day of mayhem to kickstart 2026.
