Best parties in London this October
From solidarity fundraisers to spooky debauchery, here's where you'll find us this month...
Halloween in London always brings mad energy - party collectives joining forces for XXX-rated perreo chaos, musical raves where art meets performance, and crowds ready to dance until the dead turn in their graves. But it's not all about hedonism - this month's programme holds space for supporting the people of Gaza and boundary-pushing showcases that prove the dancefloor remains a space for both celebration and resistance.

TECH COUTURE X DE REÜNIE
Fresh off a fabulous summer break and their dreamy Maiden Voyage day out, Tech Couture returns to FOLD with Amsterdam's favourite collective De Reünie for a night of SXC techno fun. In the words of the founders, this is "London's juiciest rave" - think less of that industrial everyone-in-black techno, more colourful, vibrant and inclusive party energy. Expect lineups curated for a solid sonic journey that's fast, groovy, pumping and sexy. It's going to be long, sweaty, and as always, SXC af.

YOUR LOVE WITH TAMA SUMO & LAKUTI
Panorama Bar residents Tama Sumo and Lakuti bring their legendary partnership to Number 90, celebrating guests from the Black and LGBTQ+ communities both in and outside of the DJ booth. Tama Sumo's deep, dry and funky selections span from house to techno including disco, broken beat, and Afrobeat, while Lakuti draws from her technicolour understanding of music - from her mother's soul and funk collection in Soweto to founding the cult Sued Electronic parties in London. After being blown away by their b2b at Body Movements, we gotta say everyone needs to experience this duo in action at least once…

WIGS: IMOGEN
WIGS lands back at The Carpet Shop with label boss and Tresor resident IMOGEN behind the decks from start to finish for a night of unrelenting techno and electro. The Southampton-born, London-raised producer channels dystopian electro, rumbling bass, UK techno and choppy breaks with her signature spiky twist. From her underage raving days at Junk to landing a Berghain booking at just 18, IMOGEN has evolved into a revered force who launched WIGS as an inclusive platform facilitating workshops and providing a hub for aspiring artists. This all-night journey promises the kind of forward-thinking approach that breaks the circuit of tried and tested lineups.

RIPOSTE
Riposte transforms Electrowerkz into a five-room wonderland for their most ambitious event yet: "A Musical." Expect flash mobs, live vocals, singing, dance workshops, and DJs who play with voice and beats in an unapologetically camp night where art and rave collide. Two dancefloors go HARD with DJs only, one playroom, and two art rooms packed with weird performances, games, and market stalls. This isn't just a party - it's a vibrant celebration of unapologetic self-love and the "wtf" side of queer community expression.

SAUDADE
Saudade is all about music, connection, and unapologetic energy. RayRay brings her boundary-pushing sound to Distillery N17 for an all-night celebration of music, connection, and unapologetic energy. The London artist fuses hard groove techno, heavy basslines, and raw hypnotic rhythms with sexy, unfiltered spirit. Joining her is Makaan resident S3BA, a trans*disciplinary musician whose DJ sets span sexy grooves and introspective ambient sounds with political influence, plus Italian-born Desiree' with her deep, mesmerising organic textures, Ashtrey's heavy bass techno, and Slinky Kinky's hypnotic tension and release. In a city oversaturated with noise, Saudade offers clarity - in the words of its founder; “nothing keeps me grounded like creating spaces where people can truly be themselves.”

SYMBIOSIS
This edition of SYMBIOSIS draws power straight from Portugal with CRAVO, one of the country's most uncompromising techno exports, and Cucarafa, whose distinct sound has been shaped between Lisbon and Amsterdam. London stands strong with Gloria Rose, Donna, founders Eudoxie b2b Maxuca, plus Hopeless Romantic and Soykan. All hosted at Gaffe - a stripped-back space powered by a seriously heavy soundsystem made to pound all night. It's been a minute, and they're ready to go harder than ever.

GOODNESS
Goodness returns to FOLD with American multidisciplinary artist Juliana Huxtable—a Black trans artist, writer, and performer whose bold, futuristic aesthetic challenges conventional notions of gender and identity, drawing from Afrofuturism and cyberculture to reimagine possibilities for marginalized identities. Joining her is a mega line up, including Glasgow-raised, Irish-Chilean producer Sega Bodega, whose distinctive fusion of contemporary pop, UK bass, hip-hop, and deconstructed club elements has seen him produce for Björk, Rosalía, and Shygirl. His futuristic, bass-heavy and leftfield sound combines dark beats with euphoric melodies—usual FOLD business means impeccable curation and a fab crowd.
In the words of the organisers; ‘CUB MODE REACTIVATED. All things weird and deep and tough.’

CLUB ARE
For this edition, Club Are will be celebrating pagan traditions of the season with 12 hours of music, movement, and community from afternoon to late night. Founded on codes of self-expression, this experimental club night celebrates the fusion of music, fine arts, and fashion through unique concepts in each edition. The space transforms with large-scale installations, lighting, and set design while DJs carry the crowd across progressive house, hard house, tech-house, and techno. This is community-driven clubbing at its finest. <3

SOFT DOMINATION
LO-LOW launches her new event concept at Fabric, materialising a figment of her imagination that's been floating around for years. Inspired by fetish and kink photography, Soft Domination encapsulates her obsession with juxtaposition—soft and hard elements colliding in fashion, music, and everything in between. The spirited London-born DJ, who coins herself as a "techno genre fluid warrior," is making techno purists uncomfortable while keeping audiences on their toes. From warming up for DVS1 and Floorplan to her Boiler Room debut and Pxssy Palace main stage appearance at Maiden Voyage, LO-LOW is here for a soft and long time. This is just the beginning of her [soft] world domination…

SUZIO, 2CPERREA & STAMINA
XXX RATED HALLOWEEN. Three collectives are taking over Colour Factory on Halloween for guaracha, perreo, techno, RKT, reggaeton chaos—nightmares really do come true. Named after Spanish slang for 'dirty', Suzio challenges the monolithic idea of what 'Latin' music should be while platforming queer Latinx artists who are constantly a source of inspiration but rarely given the main stage. Teaming up with Latin American queer collective 2CPERREA and Club Stamina, we’re going to be unapologetically bad this Halloween.
